After breakfast, excursion to Amarapura 15 km from Mandalay to visit MAHAGANDAYON MONASTERY where more than a thousand monks live and study. If time permits, observe the monks having their last meal of the day in absolute silence.

Proceed in the Amarapura’s small lane where silk and cotton weaving, dying, paintings are all part of their daily life.
